Appartamento molto confortevole ed accogliente. Funzionale: ci siamo sentiti a casa da subito e speriamo di poterci tornare. Anche la posizione e' ottimale, vicino alla funivia ed al centro del paese, ma comunque silenziosa. Efficenza e gentilezza anche da parte di Nicoletta e della signora che ci ha accolto. Ottima Wi-Fi

Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo passato 4 magnifici giorni a Bormio. La casa è molto curata e non manca proprio nulla. La posizione è fantastica per sciare...proprio di fronte alla funivia!

Great place to stay in Bormio. The apartment was clean and does have two spacious bathrooms, one with an excellent shower. The owner communicated great and timely, appreciated very much. It is locate next the ski lift to Bormio 2000 (gondel), in the area you find some restaurants/bars and is of short walking distance to the Bormio city center. With the apartment you have a option for a secure storage for your stuff e.g. bicycles. Recommend the apartment in Bormio for bicycling as it is in the middle of some of the most famous and challenging Italian Alp passes/climbs (Gavia, Mortirolo, Torri di Fraele and Stelvio).

We, a family of two adults and two small children, stayed in the appartment for 2,5 weeks. The appartment is very nice, have high standard and have a perfect location just next to the gondola. The host was very nice and concerned about our well-being. We strongly recommend this appartment to others.

L'appartamento è situato proprio di fronte agli impianti sciistici, quindi è molto consigliato per chi ama sciare. In generale l'appartamento è molto spazioso e pulito. La cucina è moderna ed è fornita di tutti gli accessori indispensabili ed anche i due bagni sono di ottima fattura con una bella doccia dal getto molto potente. La proprietaria è molto disponibile e va incontro alle esigenze degli ospiti. In definitiva non posso che consigliare questo appartamento.

The apartment is immediately opposite the ski station and a short walk to the restaurants. The apartment is very well appointed and has everything you’ll need for a family.

L’appartamento di Nicoletta è un vero gioiello! Di fronte alla cabinovia per Bormio 2000, ampio, pulito, ordinato, dotato di ogni confort e parcheggio privato! Non è solo la posizione il suo punto di forza, ma l’appartamento è veramente bello e confortevole! Ci siamo trovati benissimo, come a casa, e se dovessimo tornare a Bormio senz’altro sarebbe la nostra prima scelta! Un grazie anche a Monica per l’accoglienza e le indicazioni necessarie al soggiorno…

O apartamento fica em fronte ao lift de Bormio. Para o centro é uma caminhada curta. Nicoletta foi super gentil e atenciosa. Até carona ganhamos na chegada. Para quem tem dificuldades de locomoção são 3 lances de escada sem elevador... amamos tudo lá e certamente voltaremos.

Great location for skiers, nice and comfortable place to stay for five pax and a baby, and even greater host that will help you with everything you need! Our baby fell ill and Nicoletta managed to arrange doctor’s visit for us. Highly recommend to stay at Nicoletta’s place!

We have stayed at Baita Del Sole a couple of times now - the apartment the perfect mountain chalet, and is in a perfect location for the ski lift, and just a short walk from town. The owner is wonderful and incredibly helpful throughout the booking process.
The apartment has a well equipped kitchen and two bathrooms, the boot room is incredibly convenient for ski storage.
We look forward to booking another stay!

E' stato un soggiorno bellissimo! La casa è molto grande, pulita e ben attrezzata per ogni esigenza. La posizione è incredibile, di fronte all'ovovia che porta a Bormio 2000, partenza di tutte le piste del comprensorio. Comodissima per chi vuole sciare, ma vicina comunque al centro del paese. Nicoletta è stata molto gentile e disponibile per ogni richiesta e chiarimento. Spero di poter tornare presto a soggiornare in questo bellissimo appartamento.

Absolutely amazing place, perfect location and everything we needed for our family ski trip. Clean, beautifully decorated, well equipt. Host was communicative and feiendly. We'll come back for sure!

The host was very kind and friendly, she made every effort to make our stay easy and comfortable. Apartment is on excellent location, check in and check out was simple, quick and effective. Kitchen is good equipped, bathrooms very nice and comfortable, parking was available. Comfortable for up to six persons.

L'appartamento di Nicoletta è un gioiellino. Arredato secondo lo stile tipico, è accogliente e spazioso. Perfetto per un gruppetto di amici, le camere ampie e i due bagni nuovi lo rendono confortevole e comodo. Come se non bastasse la posizione è perfetta: situato di fronte alla funivia per cui basta attraversare la strada per arrivare alle piste, in più è indicato anche per chi voglia raggiungere il paese, bastano dieci minuti a piedi. Nicoletta è una persona gentilissima e disponibile come ha dimostrato durante i giorni trascorsi nella sua casa. Pienamente soddisfatti della scelta, se dovessimo ritornarci lo riprenderemmo certamente.

Appartamento molto grande, spazioso e luminoso, dotato di ogni comfort. Posizione strategica proprio di fronte alla funivia 2000 e molto vicino a molti ristoranti e negozi di alimentari oltre che di sport. Proprietaria e persona di riferimento per consegna chiavi molto gentili e disponibili! Noi eravamo due famiglie con figli piccoli e ci siamo trovati molto bene, di sicuro ci ritorneremo!!

We had a great time in Nicoletta’s house! The place was very well located and was extremely confortabile (especially the beds!). Hopefully we will come back!

Great comms prior to arrival, everything as advertised and location superb. Enjoyed the tough tough cycling, enjoyed the running and enjoyed the superb swimming pool and saunas up the road. 37 deg though. Thanks nicoletta.

Nicoletta's flat was great, perfect for our group and was exactly how it looked in the photos. Plenty of space and Nicoletta was available to help with everything that we needed.

Perfect position opposite Bormio's main lift, an easy stroll to the centre of town. Property just as described and the communication with the host was efficient and helpful. Large living area. Definitely recommended for a stay in Bormio.

Three couples stayed in this apartment. It was clean and very nice. The living room had ample room to accommodate everyone comfortably. The beds were comfortable and it was nice having a washing machine. The location was very convenient for skiing and being able to take a quick walk into town, or to grab a bus.
The kitchen was adequately equipped. Nicoletta was very responsive on getting us some wine glasses (most important on vacation!).
We would certainly look at staying in her home again should we take a future trip to Bormio.

Thank you Nicoletta for allowing us to stay in your great apartment in the beautiful town of Bormio. We had a fabulous time and could not have been more comfortable. The apartment is great, very well positioned for summer or winter activity. There was plenty of room for us and the bike gear. It would be perfect for a larger family group also. The decor and furnishings are great. Small hiccup with the internet connection initially but that was sorted quickly. Arrangements with local friends for key pick up and drop off worked perfectly, thanks to Michela and her family. I would thoroughly recommend this lovely apartment to anyone wanting an easy, comfortable and 'want for nothing' stay in Bormio. Thank you once again, we hope to return to Bormio again some time.

Top Wohung in Top Lage beim Skilift.
Gut eingerichtete Wohnung. Auch die Küche ist gut eingerichtet. Alles war gut. Nur Garage war zu klein, aber draußen hatte es genügend Parkplätze. Die Autos werden halt immer breiter!

L’appartamento della signora Nicoletta è semplicemente meraviglioso. Accogliente, in pieno stile baita montana ma comunque moderno e dotato di ogni comfort. La posizione dell’appartamento è spettacolare: davanti alla cabinovia che porta a Bormio 2000 e, allo stesso tempo, a 10 minuti di cammino dal centro storico. Infine, la signora Nicoletta è stata un’ospite eccezionale: disponibilissima ad accontentare le nostre richieste e premurosa nel far sì che la nostra vacanza a Bormio fosse indimenticabile. Onestamente ci vorrebbero più di cinque stelle per esprimere appieno la nostra valutazione.

Brilliant place to stay. We were 4 adults and a 2 year old. It is located directly opposite the Gondola to bormio 2000. The apartment is on the 3rd floor with no elevator. I have skied a lot of places and this was by far the best place I have stayed in terms of location and space. Nicoletta is a great host and made everything easy. We didn't need much during our time but I have no doubt that it would have been dealt with immediately in a friendly manner. The apartment is well equipped with everything we needed. The beds were large and comfortable. The living area felt homly and comfy and the 2 bathrooms and kitchen were updated to a good standard. Highly recommended, you won't be disappointed!

Location is amazing for the ski lift, very cozy and stylish apartment, no street noise or anything negative to report. And Nicoletta is very attentive and helpful and speaks great English 🙂 everything was great!

Great location opposite the chairlift and only a 10 minute walk into town. A beautiful apartment where we were very comfortable. We were made very welcome by Michela and her family who also gave us great dinner recommendations! Grazie Michela and Nicoletta for a wonderful stay!

We stayed here with 6 friends for a couple of days of cycling. The apartment is an excellent place to start cycling trips. The apartment is nice and clean. Nicoletta is a good host, very fast in responding to questions. Recommended!

Appartamento perfettamente spazioso per 6 persone, a pochi passi dal centro di Bormio e di fronte all'impianto di risalita (se ne hai bisogno). Eravamo con un gruppo di amici per andare in bicicletta nella regione, la posizione ideale per questo è l'ideale. Inoltre, è molto comodo poter riporre le biciclette in un garage privato con serratura.

Perfect ruim appartement voor 6 personen, op loopafstand van het centrum van Bormio en tegenover de skilift (mocht je die nodig hebben). Wij waren met een groep vrienden om te fietsen in de regio, de ligging hiervoor is ideaal. Ook is het super handig dat je fietsen kunt stallen in een eigen afsluitbare garage.

Best location I have ever had. Within steps to ski lift, ticket office , bars , and ski bus to other locations. Parked my car in assigned parking space and walked to everything. Only used my car to get to mountain spas. Everything I needed in apartment, which was clean and newly redone. Great ski town.

Abbiamo trascorso una piacevole vacanza a Bormio complice anche il bel tempo. L'appartamento di Nicoletta è spazioso, pulito, dotato di tutti i confort, in una posizione ottimale. Ringraziamo per l'ospitalità e speriamo di poter tornare in occasione di una prossima vacanza.

There were 2 couples staying in the condo We were in Bormio for a cycling weekend. The condo was perfect. The decoration, size, condition, location were all spot on. The condo was quiet and very comfortable and we did not feel cramped for lack of privacy. It was a short- (5-10 min) walk to the center of town. The Bormio 2000 lift was directly across the street. I would highly recommend this property and would love to go back again.
The only negative I can think of was the mattress was not real comfortable in the 2nd bedroom.
